Everyone likes to know when they're doing a good job. The C.A.R.E. program is available to recognize our staff who go the extra mile. Everyone nominated will receive a C.A.R.E. card and a small gift of recognition. Employees of the Month will be selected from among eligible nominees. Please provide specific example(s) of how the individual demonstrates the C.A.R.E. principles of dependability, positive attitude, positive peer relationships, commitment to quality improvement, going the extra mile, sharing knowledge and skills, commitment to continuing education, and being a team player.
New patients can click Start My Chart to request an appointment with one of our providers. Complete the online form, and in the “Reason for Appointment Box” enter the provider's name or specialty and your preferred date. Our staff will call to schedule your appointment. Our new providers, Dr. Cesare and Dr. Mirza, are accepting appointments.
