join senior connections

For more than a century, Rome Memorial Hospital has been a vital part of Rome an d the surrounding communities.  Because of this longstanding relationship, we value your loyalty and continuously work to strengthen our commitment to you.

That's why you are invited to participate in our Senior Connections program.  Membership in this program entitles you to a number of free and discounted services - both from the hospital and area businesses.  Anyone age 55 and older can apply for a free membership.

After we process your application, you will receive your Senior Connections membership card within four to six weeks.

Senior Connections membership is free. The program is not an insurance product. It is our way to help keep you connected to information and programs that can enhance your quality of life.
