Phase I: Site Work Paves the Way for New ED
Site work to pave the way for Rome Memorial Hospital’s new Emergency Department (ED) started in October 2004. The initial phase of the project included grading and paving to extend the ED parking area in preparation for construction. Other site work included extending the access road that runs parallel to Black River Boulevard, creating a new 57-space parking lot, relocating an existing garage and moving the hospital’s helipad. |
