medications

During your hospital stay, all medications prescribed for you by your doctor are supplied by the hospital pharmacy during your hospital stay.  Unless special arrangements have been made by your physician, you should not have any other medications in your room.

If you need to have prescriptions filled after you have been discharged, you can stop by the RMH Retail Pharmacy on the ground floor of the hospital.  Your nurse will send the request down ahead of you if you wish.  The RMH Retail Pharmacy is open 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
