At Rome Memorial Hospital, we understand that hospitals can sometimes seem overwhelming.  This is particularly true when you are not feeling well or are concerned about a loved one.

Knowing more about a facility can help alleviate anxiety; that's why we've put together this patient and visitor guide.  Our goal is to anticipate many of your questions and provide you with answers to help ensure that your visit to the hospital will be comfortable as possible.

Of course, this guide can't answer every question that might arise. If you need additional assistance, your nurse or physician often can answer your questions. You can also call the hospital's general information line at (315)338-7000 and our operator will direct you to a staff member who can help you find the information or resource you need.

Please do not hesitate to ask questions or express concerns.  Your input plays an important role in helping us improve our services.
